Will I be tied down to a contract?
No, all we ask for is a 30 day notice.
Do I have to train the same times and days?
No, we have up to 30 sessions on the timetable for you to pick and choose from. This is to allow as much flexibility as possible.
I have an injury will I still be able to join?
Really depends on what the injury is and how far along you are on your recovery. Therefore it’s best to book a quick call with us to see if we can help.
I’m a complete beginner and super nervous, will I fit in? What if I can’t do it?
Everyone starts somewhere, we believe that SGPT is perfect for complete beginners. In these sessions you’re never left alone to do your own thing, our coaches talk you through absolutely everything. Every exercise can be scaled back so you don’t have to worry about not being able to do something. There’s 6 racks and you get your own to work out in. The benefits to having your own rack is that you can work at your own pace, you don’t have to keep up with anyone.
Can I come and trial out the gym? And can I bring a friend with me?
Yes we offer free trial sessions so you can come down and experience a session first hand before deciding to sign up. And yes 100% you can bring a friend, the more the merrier. Just get in contact and we’ll get you booked in.
What is testing week?
Testing week is only available to our Full time members. The Strength board in the gym is what all members work towards is achieve each building phase and every 3/4 months we run a testing week, during which we access everyones one rep max on 3 of your compound lifts. (SQUAT, DEADLIFT & BENCH) this is a great way to see how much everyone has progressed.
