to your SGPT sessions as part of your programme our SWEAT sessions are included completely FREE to aid in helping you get the most out of your programme.

The session..

 lasts 45mins where we’ll be training mainly cardio based exercises. The aim is to break as much sweat and to burn as much calories as possible!

weekly run club

Our gym really prides itself in its ability to bring like-minded people together by putting you into this community it allows you to unlock any fears or any uneasiness you might have about the gym environment.

As much as you’ll be expertly coached by our trainers our community is a big reason why people succeed. Putting people with the same goal together in the same room, encouraging and pushing each other creates an environment were we all feed off each others motivation. Run club has been a massive factor in building this for us. It’s also a great tool and addition to your training regime.
